Make it a date night, a girls night out, or bring the family–tickets are free for kiddos 12 and under. Scroll down for a sneak peek below!

Flip through these sneak peek photos and see what caught my eye!

House #42, by Miles Builders LLC, is a stunning modern farmhouse set on 52 beautiful acres.

House #42. Ya know me, loving the black + white!

House #42. This master bedroom + bathroom was stunning. A must see!

One of my favorite features in #42 is this staircase. Exposed beams + open white oak stairs…beautiful!

The natural light and black trim windows in this house are spot on.

Look at those custom white oak cabinets!

The master bathroom in house #42 has a full quartz walk-in shower + this unique layout. Again…that natural light makes all the difference!

The flow + open floor plan of this modern farmhouse is great.

Here is a look at house #53. This home was spectacular! Don’t forget that tickets for kids 12 and under are free! Little Ian joined me on our sneak peek viewing of this beautiful home.

House #53 built by Gary Byker. Beautiful lake views. Get inspired with decorating too! This home had all the finishing touches by Janel Joppie of Room Candy.

The sweetest little girls room!

This master bathroom tub! Yes, please!

Details, details, details. House #53.

Spacious laundry room.

Don’t miss house #38! Built by award winning Ridgeline Homes and decorated beautifully by True Vines Creations. This Mediterranean inspired home is full of gorgeous details inside and out.

This Modern Mediterranean style house is custom through and through. The owner is an artist who grew up in Israel and Julie from True Vine Creations did an excellent job of capturing that in this home.

Look at that ceiling detail!

Loving this pistachio tile and island color in the kitchen  You’ve got to see this home in person!

This counter top material is ah-maz-ing!

I’m a big fan of these amazing chairs. I can’t wait to go shop at True Vine Creations!

Purchase your tickets here for $10!

Oh, the details!

So many reasons to love house #38, but the art studio was the cherry on top. The natural light in this room was phenomenal. They thought of everything!

Custom built-ins around every corner…and they’re fabulous too.

Another house we viewed was #34–a modern new build by Spoelma Builders.

The tile around this fireplace…love it!

A beautiful white kitchen.

Custom built-ins!

A cute outfit + purse makes everything a little more fun. I wore Sparrow Boutique the day of the tour. I’m in love with these high waisted jeans, this blush lace top, great stacking bracelets, and this fabulous purse! Shop your heart out and get 20% off with code LEXI.

This modern staircase in home #34 was a great touch.

House #34–the kitchen was certainly the heart of the home here.

And that’s a wrap! I can’t wait to go view more homes during the event! Be sure to get your tickets here!
