WHAT: Simple Embroidery Hoop Wreath Making + Katie Dean Jewelry Pop-up + In the Hutch Gift Guide
WHEN: Friday, December 2, 5pm-8pm
WHERE: West Elm in Grand Rapids, MI
RSVP/DETAILS: click here

A couple weeks ago my dear friend Bailey came over to my house to share some of her vast wreath making knowledge with me–she suggested we start with some embroidery hoop wreaths and I loved the idea! She’s got an eye for all things beautiful and a real nack with everything floral and fauna. Every time we get together we have a blast and that day was no exception! I set my dining room table up as a crafting space with several options for greenery, ribbon, and baubles. We popped a little bubbly, and started crafting. These embroidery hoop wreaths are fun and simple to make! The large ones are great for hanging on a door or wall, but the small ones are a great way to embellish a gift.

If you live in the area, I’m hosting an embroidery hoop workshop at the Grand Rapids West Elm on Friday, December 2. The event kicks off with a pop up shop held by Katie Dean Jewelry (you’re going to LOVE her pieces). I’ll be sharing some of my favorite West Elm gift ideas (especially for those hard to shop for guys) and then at 6pm we’ll start creating our embroidery hoop wreaths. Trust me–these are easy to make and you can get creative. I’ll have all the materials you need and you can take your little wreath home with you! The items are complimentary, but we are asking for donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Get all the event details and RSVP here.

If you aren’t able to make it out, no worries, I’ll be doing a follow up post after the event sharing some details on the night and tips for making your own embroidery hoop wreath. Stay tuned!
